In these shots, the difference between flat-shading and texture-mapping graphics are demonstrated.

Examples of flat-shading:

| These cars are examples of flat-shading graphics. They use the same color for every face of the graphic. |

| Certain spots on the grass are also flat-shading - the same shade of green is used. |

| Here, the back of the sign is also flat-shading. The same red color is used on all faces of the rear of the sign. |
Examples of texture-mapping:

| Here is an example of texture-mapping. Here, the street is layed out with a texture, or pattern, on all faces. |
